Privacy Policy

A3 Partners Pte Ltd operates Atriverse Workforce and the Lead Responder AI receptionist on behalf of business clients.

• Account data, including your name and email address.
• For Lead Responder: WhatsApp messages, phone numbers and names of people who message a client’s business number; web form submissions; and booking details.
• Usage logs relating to use of our services.

We use this data to reply to enquiries with AI on a client’s behalf, create bookings, send reminders and follow-ups the person requested, hand conversations over to staff, and improve service quality.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Messages are processed by third-party AI model providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, solely to generate replies. Under our API terms with these providers, they do not use this data to train their models.

Messages are sent and received through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Meta’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

You can type STOP in the WhatsApp conversation to opt out of follow-ups.

We use service providers to process data for these purposes:

• Meta — WhatsApp messaging.
• Supabase — database hosting.
• Lovable and Cloudflare — hosting.
• AI model providers — generating replies.
• Resend — email delivery.

Conversation and booking data is kept while the client account is active and for up to 12 months after it becomes inactive, then deleted. Usage logs are kept for up to 90 days.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing security@atriverse.com. We respond within 30 days. Business clients can also delete conversations in the app.

We respect your rights under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We also honour privacy requests from other jurisdictions, including requests under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our services are not directed at people under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact security@atriverse.com.

We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date.
